These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Ledger Learning ("we," "us," or "our"), a financial education provider operating in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

- "Account" refers to the user profile created upon enrollment in our programs.
3. Use of Services

3.2 Account Responsibility

Upon enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our Content.
5.3 Usage Restrictions
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from our Content without our express written permission. You may download and print Content for your personal use only.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Fees
Program fees are stated in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are due at the time of enrollment. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment through credit card, debit card, and other methods as specified on our website. Payment processing is handled securely through third-party payment processors.
6.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify program fees at any time. Price changes will not affect enrollments already completed. New pricing will be clearly communicated on our website before taking effect.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 Refund Timeframe
We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of enrollment. To request a refund, you must contact us at [email protected] within this period.
7.2 Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued if you have completed more than 50% of the program content or if you have violated these Terms.
7.3 Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned using the original payment method.
8. Educational Nature of Services
Our Services provide financial education and are not financial advice, investment recommendations, or professional financial planning services. We do not provide personalized financial advice tailored to your specific circumstances. Any decisions you make based on our educational content are your sole responsibility. 9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10. Termination
10.1 Termination by User
You may terminate your enrollment at any time by contacting us. Termination is subject to our refund policy outlined in Section 7.
10.2 Termination by Ledger Learning
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to our business or other users.
10.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access and use our Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

11.1 Informal Resolution

11.2 Mediation

12.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
12.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights or provisions.
